As you know, chromium together with L-Glutamine is

great to keep blood sugar level stable and craving

under control. Now, my question is in what form should

we take chromium? Is chromium oxide alright?

Ratan.

---Ratan, Chromium exists in an organic and inorganic form, with around 25% of

organic chromium being absorbed into the body against only 0.5% of the inorganic

form.

This site ~ http://www.metabolics.co.uk/ mentions ionic chromium which is a

pharmaceutical grade of the mineral, but most people tend to use chromium

picolinate.
