Technical Ginkgo Biloba information

Hello, where can I find a web site that 'details' what Ginkgo Biloba does

in the brain, particularly on strokes!

I had referenced Ginkgo to a couple of lady friends who ended up giving it

to their Grandmothers who had severe stroke damage. In both cases

major improvements were seen in a few weeks! A friend told me he would

like to understand how this actually works in the brain, does it repair the

damaged blood vessels, or does the oxygenation help the rebuilding of brain

cells? I would like to know too! An explanation with a diagram would be great!
