Guest guest
We have found a farm that produces raw goats milk. Their wholesaler usually delivers frozen milk to the shops. They said they could get frozen raw goats milk to a local shop for me. I was wondering if the freezing has any adverse effect on the milk? Does it destroy any of the good stuff like enzymes? Or should I ask for fresh milk? I think they could do it but delivering frozen milk seems more convenient to them.
