I agree 100%! And the sad part is that people accept this as being a

normal part of the aging process. I say HOGWASH to that! I am 44

years young and have never felt better in my life. I eat well, detox,

exercise, meditate, take my supplements and sleep well. What a shame

that more people do not realize that by taking these measures, they

too could look and feel as good as I do in my mid 40's.

HI I WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT SUPPLEMENTS YOU TAKE AND WHAT YOUR DIET IS LIKE.

Kelly, I am sorry that it took me this long to get back to you. I

only check my email once a week in the summer:)

My diet consists of at least 9-11 servings of fresh organic produce a

day. A good colorful variety. I love spring mix greens, peppers,

cucumbers, grape tomatoes, broccoli, onions, etc. I make a large

salad like this everyday for the family to eat throughout the day. I

also make homemade dressing to go on this. It consists of walnut oil

and fresh squeezed lemons and fresh ground pepper. We also juice

here everyday, usually in the evening before bedtime. We juice

organic carrots, cucumbers, a small amount of beet and a little

ginger. I buy pasture fed eggs from our neighbors farm and pasture

fed beef. When I go to our local health food store, I buy raw nuts

that I mix and shred some fresh coconut into. I also buy my sprout

breads and lentils from the health food store We also avoid eating

processed sugar and very rarely eat a meal out. And we do not own a

microwave.

The supplements that we take here vary. What one person needs, the

other may not. On a daily basis, I take Barleygrass, ionic mineral

supplement, Co Q10, ALA, MSM, Ester C with bioflavnoids, Flaxoil, l

lysine and wobenzymes.

Hope this helps you Kelly. Lynn
