Guest guest
Hello, you all! I live in Brasil and found you through Health Groups, researching on Orthomolecular treatment. First of all, sorry for my poor English and disconsider my grammar mistakes but I need to contact people around the world to help me, so, I hope you can understand me well. I had a catheterizacion this week and the doctor said me I have a " left ventricular cardiac hypertrophy, concentric, but with good performance and injection, perfect mitral valvule, arteries and coronaries without plaques " . The last three years, or more, I have been fighting high blood pressure, a kind of angina, not exactly pain, but a pressure on my chest and frequent extra sistoles. I had a severe event two years ago with arrhythmia,I went to the emergency hospital room and stayed there for 7 hours, the doctors used 10 different kinds of intravenous medicines but could not reverse the situation. I was going to the intensive care room to have a shock treatment when " suddenly " my heart came back to the normal. In few hours they liberated me but adviced me to see an specialist and I did. Since them I am taking propranolol and a diuretic in low dosis but changing recently to 120 mg of propranolol a day plus aspirin. Before this hypertension problem I started with hypothyroidism and I put on 25 kilos in 5/6 years. I only don't look obese because I never had a small body constitution and I had a good fat distribution. Sometimes I think that exactly because I " look " healthy all the doctors I visited before my heart problems didn't give attention to my talk, they only wanted me to take Fluoxetine and relax, disconsider my supra ventriculars extra sistoles. I never took Fluoxetine or other kind of pill because I always felt myself in balance, I sleep very well, I don't eat trash food, I have no other blood problem, only hypo. So, with all that said, I want to find some alternatives for my heart problem because I know all the bad prognostics for heart failure, the statistics are very bad for mortality and I don't want only to stay here waiting for the worsening of my symptoms. I know I have to lose weight and I will do my best for this purpose. What more can I do? What kind of minerals and natural treatments I should try? Thanks in advance, Neusa.
