Guest guest
DD and I went walking through the neighborhood last night. As we passed one yard, I smelled chemicals. I figure they sprayed their yard recently. At bedtime, dd said she felt kind of bad. She slept OK, but this morning she has an itchy rash on her upper torso. She doesn't have any pain (she did have strep throat recently), but feels generally blah. Assuming the chemical is what made her sick, what do you all recommend? DD is almost 8yo, about 65 lbs. Pharmacist recommended a cortisone cream. We have some that we've used on poison ivy before. Laura
Guest guest
a la Dr. Klenner, Reidsville, NC 1940's. Lots and lots of Vitamin C.. I prefere the ones with hesperiden, rutin, the whole complex. Adele Davis put powered C in solution and made ice cubes as well as just drinking C in liquid form. As I understand it C knocks out poisons. When you go to the Dentist don't take C 48 hrs. before hand. C knocks out the anethesthia. I never could figure out why it took so much to deaden my nerves until I switched Dentists. And was told this. Of course before hand I'd taken EXTRA C TO get rid of the poisons....Duh>>>.So it's worth a try, there may be other things.. such as charcoal tablets?
