Dear friends:

Is there a substitute of milk that I can add into my

tea? Black tea is supposed to give us oxalic acid

stones. Milk dissolves them away. But I am allergic to

milk casein. Don't ask me to give up tea please.

Thanks in anticipation.

Ratan.

Ratan - have you tried soya milk - my husband is dairy intolerant and

uses soya milk for his tea and any other hot drinks, he also uses it

on his organic cereals.

You could try Rice milk or Almond milk.
