Guest guest
One of the simplest and best things I ever read about how to eat healthfully was this: Switch from eating (a limited variety of) Low Bulk, High Calorie Foods to eating (a wide variety of) High Bulk, Low Calorie Foods. That's it. That's all. PS... An acre or two or five,(I forget how many acres are required to raise one steer), of corn pr beans = high bulk, fed or compressed into one steer = low bulk " According to Newsweek magazine, the amount of water needed to raise one steer would float a Naval battleship. " From another website: " One 300 kg steer will eat 9–10 kg of feed a day " Elliot
