Your points are valid ones and YES, we should all consult the group's

files. I think that most newbies to the group may not realize they are

available and I wonder if you should consider sending out an automated

monthly message (can be created in the files section), reminding members

about the availabilty of these files ? I have a group on canine allergies

and have found that members also tend to ask the same questions, over

and over again. I set up files to address basic questions and...wish I could

tell you that it reduced those questions, but I think that at least it

reminds

members to consult files.
