I've been playing catch up here and reading the archieves backwards so I just

saw your post. There are products to reduce this....Relora is one, PS another

-

BUT - I found that reducing cortisole is not necessarily a helpful thing to do.

I

went on Relora for a week or so and experienced a horrendious increase in pain

from arthritis. Whaat I hadn't realized is that cortisole along with being the

'stress hormone' is also the body's own anti-inflamatory.

Hi,

 

Thanks for responding to my note. Do you have high cortisol and if so

what was it from? I am hoping it is just from my full year of stress

from benzodiazepine withdrawal and not Cushing's disease.
