Guest guest
I have been told that I have elevated cortisol. Is there a safe way for me to reduce it? Thanks, Gary

There are products to reduce this....Relora is one, PS another - BUT - I found that reducing cortisole is not necessarily a helpful thing to do. I went on Relora for a week or so and experienced a horrendious increase in pain from arthritis. Whaat I hadn't realized is that cortisole along with being the 'stress hormone' is also the body's own anti-inflamatory.
Guest guest
Hi, Thanks for responding to my note. Do you have high cortisol and if so what was it from? I am hoping it is just from my full year of stress from benzodiazepine withdrawal and not Cushing's disease.
