IAHF List: Serafina Corsello, MD has just created this link on her website

the dire need for the American supplement industry to awaken to the fact that

they're being adroitly led to the cliff from within their own trade associations

by pharmaceutical interests intent on destroying the dietary supplement

industry.

 

Corsello is a leader. She's a 72 year old woman who was recently wrongly

stripped of her medical license by the NY State Medical Board for practicing

alternative medicine, but she hasn't let that stop her.

 

Displaying her tenacity, she refused to declare bankruptcy in the aftermath of a

horrible legal ordeal that would have put a lesser person in their grave.

 

She's a Sicilian, and few people on this planet are tougher in my experience

than Sicilians- as a group, they have the fiercest, most indomitable sort of

pride imaginable, perhaps in part because over the centuries Sicily was invaded

numerous times by different countries, forcing the Sicilians to become guerillas

in their native land.

 

IAHF has always taken the view that in the health freedom movement, ACTION TALKS

and BS WALKS. By creating the link that she has calling attention to the dire

need for donations to the ANH lawsuit to overturn the EU Food Supplement

Directive, Corsello has proven herself to be the sort of leader all of us need.

 

This isn't the first time she's stood up for all of us, either. Serafina was the

brains and the driving force behind the creation of the Foundation for the

Advancement of Innovative Medicine http://www.faim.org which is being run by my

long time friend Monica Miller- (see her website at http://www.healthlobby.com/

 

While FAIM's primary orientation has always been to spearhead a defense of

alternative practitioners from attacks by state medical boards, and to spearhead

passage of health freedom legislation at the STATE level, I am hoping that FAIM

will assist IAHF in awakening more alternative practitioners, and innovative

vitamin companies to the dire need for donations to the ANH lawsuit.

 

I am encouraging Monica Miller to copy Serafina Corsello's anti Codex Red Alert

to the FAIM website, noting that Serafina is on her Board.

 

I am also encouraging Diane Miller of the National Association for Health

Freedom Coalition

dialoguing with both groups in the hope that they can assist IAHF to reach out

to more alternative practitioners, their patients, and the innovative sector of

the supplement industry.

 

Some of you might be interested to know that Dr.Corsello was running a huge

orthomolecular clinic in NYC prior to being wrongly stripped of her license. She

is still managing her clinic, with MDs on her staff, but only sees a fraction of

her former patients. It would have been easy for her to declare bankruptcy in

the aftermath of being hammered in court, but she cares deeply about her

patients and would never abandon them.

 

IAHF salutes this courageous champion of health freedom, and I'd like to urge

autographed copy because I feel genuinely inspired by Dr.Corsello. When you hear

her talk on the phone you would never guess you're speaking with someone in

their 70s because she has more vitality than a lot of 30 year olds.

 

Whatever Dr.Corsello is doing to keep up her own personal health in the face of

the strain she's been under, I want to know, so I bought her book to help me

withstand the immense strain I'm under from running IAHF.

 

Lately a couple of people on the IAHF distribution list have posted comments to

the IAHF Community Bulletin Board about Educational Materials.

 

I value their comments, even if I may have seem a tad miffed by what they had to

say.

 

I realize that both of the people who posted these comments have had difficulty

awakening health food store owners on this issue. They both offered suggestions

which I largely rejected. The fact is that its not possible to make this issue

as concise as they would like it to be via educational materials due to its

complexity.

 

I hope more of you will participate on the IAHF Community Bulletin Board which

is located on the website at http://www.iahf.com I value your input even if I

sometimes chaff at some suggestions.

 

No one knows better than me how frustrating it is to try to awaken sleeping

people.

 

I assure you though, that we're being SUCCESSFUL! We ARE getting the job done!

We ARE raising the level of awareness on this issue with each passing day.
