This is from a book I have by Jay Kordich......The Juiceman,s Power of Juicing.

Hair Growrh and Hair Loss Tonic

Carrot - Alfalfa Sprout - Lettuce Juice

One serving about 8 ounces

" Having trouble keeping a full head of hair?

Try this _ you'll like it.

No one really knows what really works and what doesn't.

But a lot of people have thanked me for this juice recipe - and

they all had plenty to run a comb through.

5 to 6 carrots

Handful of alfalfa sprouts

4 lettuce leaves

I haven't tried it but you never know.

Process in the juicer

Hi Dave...

Proper nutrition and cleansing is always a good start.

I have HEARD that ylang ylang essential oil can regrow hair but have no personal experience with this.

God Bless,
