Guest guest Posted May 14, 2004 Report Share Posted May 14, 2004 I saw this yesterday and thought it appropriate: I have an earache. 2000 BC Here, eat this root. 1000 AD That root is heathen, say this prayer. 1850 AD That prayer is superstition, drink this potion. 1940 AD That potion is snake oil, swallow this pill. 1985 AD That pill is ineffective, take this antibiotic. 2003 AD That antibiotic is artificial. Here, eat this root! It is just a circle we live in. If we could all get back to nature, we'd all be a lot better off! To your Health!
