I saw an advertisement on Dr. Mercola's sight for some CD's called

Insight and

Focus. I have had severe stress problems for a very long time. Can anyone

please tell me if

they know anything about these tools before I order them. I would very

Dave, Yoga like calming records are helpful as are actually doning Hatha

yoga, there are many on the *New Age* market...I would suggest talking to a

good Homeopath, the remedies work very well and are suited to each

individual's system. Also B-complex helps the body under stress. Bach

flower remedy *Rescue* can help, as well as other Bach remedies. There

books available on the above, usually a good privately owned health food

store has really good selection of books, some chain stores do also. Nora

Dave, I almost forgot! When I was under severe stress several years ago,

I went a Chinese MD-accupuncterist, told her my woes and she said, " when I

get through with my (Accupuncture treatments on you ) you won't care any

more! " She was correct , she saved my situation wonderfully! Nora
