Guest guest
Dear Group, Please excuse the spelling, punctuation, etc. in my posts. I have chosen not to discuss it in the group, but I suffered a very serious health condition awhile back and have been struggling ever since. Part of the problem was that I suffered some brain damage, but that is getting better over time. It also seems to come and go. I should edit my writing but most times I either do not have time or more correctly do not wish to take the time as even then it is not always easy for me. I have had to relearn may things and spelling, etc are some of them. If you think that it is bad now, about 18 - 24 months ago I had a very bad moment when for the life of me I could not spell the word " of " . I tried to sound it out and I came up with " ov " , " uv " and a few others of equal value. It was quite some time before I figured it out, but I was quite shaken by the depth of the experience. It can be quite scary when you cannot spell a two letter word. At that time I sure wished that written English had much more in common with the written Latin derived languages. lol. I am getting better over time and hope that one day I may be considerated well enough to write once again without all of those nagging errors. thanking you for your consideration, Frank
Guest guest
Dear Frank, I suppose that you have heard of lecithin being important for the myelin shieth of the nerves. It wouldn't hurt to add that to your brain fuel if you haven't already. It also is good for fat dispersal, it homogenizes fats, it's primarily used in cooking (Hershey candies) to make the mix smooth. When I have a particularly fatty meal I add a lecithin capsul for help, enzymes also. Thank you so much for this *place to learn*. nora g
