Guest guest Posted May 8, 2004 Report Share Posted May 8, 2004 Hi I just had to share this with all of you. I started eating a mostly Low GI diet 2 weeks ago, and included my kids it. My energy levels are higher than they have been in 10 years (when i fell pregnant with my first child), my mind is much clearer and i am able to focus and handle stress better and i have lost 2.5 kgs without even exercising. My children have also benefitted from this... my son, who has mild ADD, has become a totally different boy, going from one who struggled to focus at the best of times who was often unreasonalbe, to one who is more cooperative and helpful and much more settled. My daughter's school work has improved, she has is also a lot calmer and more cooperative. I definetely recommend this diet to everyone. I'm also interested in hearing from others who have made the switch to a low GI diet and how it has changed your life. I look forward to reading all replies. Val.
