A friend of mine fell into a ravine some months ago. His injuries

were severe to feet, ankles and shins. Appears doctors did good job

of putting bones back together as best they could. He is walking

again unaided.

I would like to know what he can do with regard to helping the

healing of nerves, of trying to keep from developing arthritis in the

area, and anything else anyone can tell me.

I believe I read one time, for instance, that extra B vitamins can

help with nerve regeneration. If it helps any, this friend is in his

late 30's.

Thanks.

The homeopathic remedy arnica montana is the general remedy for

injuries. I think it still may provide some benefit even though it is

not taken immediately after the injury.

Also, I have read that Wobenzyme aids in healing, and I have used it

myself. It has to be taken on an empty stomach. (It's enteric

coated.) If you do an internet search, you'll see some vendor pages

that have detailed information. I understand that a higher amount

than that recommended on the bottle can be taken with good results.
