Guest guest
1.3 miles is a right turn down the road that goes past my house, down to the trailer court, around the lake and back to my house. Sometimes I walk 2 miles a day. But the reason? Is because I DO NOT want to end up a vegetabalized invalid in a nursing institution being fed and watered by the children of Generation X! Many of them are finding employment in the " health field " because " that's where the jobs are. " I've heard that some of the employees taking care of institutionalized people with Altzheimer's are so poorly trained that when those poor people spit at or try to hit them, they take revenge! It IS entirely possible, and not all that difficult to remain VALID (that is, not become an invalid)right up until one's last days of life. I am 52. The time to get cracking and keep cracking is NOW. By the way, do the folks here know what Kegels are? They are not just for post-pregnancy women. They are for anyone who wishes to remain continent up until the last days of one's life. Just 100 a day will work wonders. Look Ma, NO " Depends " ! Best wishes, Elliot
