Today's Helpful Hint: When someone is exhibiting emotional stress (tears, anger, fear, grief, trauma, depression, etc.) this is often the ideal time to use EFT. They are already tuned in to the problem so just tapping the points in repeated sequences will often "bring them down" ... AND ... it will sometimes completely collapse a major issue. I have often helped achieve major results with this simple idea.

She worked with EFT Master Rehana Webster on these issues at our first EFT Master's workshop and has since had ongoing email correspondence with her.
