I need to brag about an extraordinary discovery and I'am sending this to a friend and two lists. The discovery? If you need to exercise and clear your lympth system because you have candida or don't digest food all to well...........get a trampoline, those little rebounders. If you don't have money, get the one at Sears for $55.00. I'am getting another type that's a bit more, I think it's called "Urban Rebounders", and personally know someone who's a personal trainer who sells these for $155.00 that also comes with a DVD, and a muscle ball and a yoga ball or whatever their called. I'll be getting her email on the weekend and people can contact me about this deal because she's also a personal trainer and a nutritionist as well, and this is her new take-off business. The thing I've found since I just got one myself from Sears is that the Urban Rebounder first of all doesn't have springs and it's healthier for your body and won't cause injuries - and when you discover walking on the rebounder it's like unbelievable treadmill and a gazillion walking exercises that there's no way you could do on the treadmill, you get more core strength from it AND it's like 99% cheaper than a treadmill. And the good part..........you do not need to jump high, just a tiny bit or just bounce, and even that is great for the lympathic system and it exercises every single cell in your body ------------- you do have to really warm up before and after because if you jump or bounce the workout is very strenuous if your not in shape but once your walking it's like hello......Jackpot!
