Could you explain " I had a glass first mixed in water then put some

in a egg container with water " . Are you talking about the foam

container that eggs come in? What benefit is this? Maybe I'm the

only one confused.

Dan, the Silica is different from coconut oil, and yes I do drink it and also put in on my face, if you get the Silica Plus Colloidial Gel it won't be gritty, and to put it onto your face you need to mix with water. Ask the health store.
