Guest guest
I used to work with a guy who was “bi-polar.” His medications caused thirstiness and he literally had to drink to keep his kidneys flushed of the salts (medications and their remains) that clog up the kidneys. ed On Behalf Of Jane MacRoss Friday, March 31, 2006 5:28 AM Re: Severe Thirst Problem Does he have a lot of salt in his diet - is he on any other medication - does he take a heap of sugar - does he drink over 3L water in 24 hours? Is he diabetic? If the water goes right through him he may not have enough salt in his diet - of course the salt he should be eating is the sea salt or Real Salt - as the processed stuff is not healthy at all.
