Guest guest
Found that as I got older the legs started to give me curry .. " as if they were working all the time I was trying get to sleep " . Problem arises if I let my Calcium levels get low - have to get up and have a drink of Calcium Citrate, and the legs just relax, with no cramping. Regards Jorge. Guest guest
I've heard too much calcium is not good for you--and has to be balanced with magnesium and potassium. I find my muscles get stiff really easily if I take a lot of calcium. Anyone know what a good balance between these minerals is? Also we have to take chemtrails into consideration as barium plays havoc with the mineral ratio--at least it displaces them in your bones. Guest guest
Back in the days when I was working at felling trees, in the HOT Aussie sun, nothing was worth much without a dash of plain good old SALT. Regards Jorge
Guest guest
well I also take a potassium tablet daily... smile. I tried magnesium but I got some corpuscle ruptures ( small red spots) on my face and figured that was the cause so I stopped the magnesium. now another thing which helps the leg cramps is quinine! IF you can find it. not hardly available over the counter any more, but sometimes you can find it in "leg cramp" pills, but small percentage of actual quinine in them. a friend of mine got his doc to prescribe some, and that is what he takes when he has leg cramps. - Bea Bernhausen Tuesday, March 07, 2006 11:29 PM [Norton AntiSpam] Re: A great drink for your health - legs cramping I've heard too much calcium is not good for you--and has to be balanced with magnesium and potassium.
