Is this 15 year old boy the new Buddha?

 

I saw this item in today's "COAST TO COAST home page.

The Buddha Boy A 15-year old boy in southern Nepal has been declared by many to be the new Buddha. Ram Bomjon has remained under a tree meditating for the last six months and reportedly has not eaten or drunk anything during this time.
