Guest guest
Hello - my name is Bonny. My husband and I recently started on a more healthy way of living (about 6 months ago). We try to only eat organic or natural foods, we take whole foods vitamins, and we try to exercise at least 4-5 times a week. We have been using such products as organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic apple cider vinegar, wheatgrass, lots of fresh greens and organic vegetables and fruits. We feel a lot better, and hope to continue this way of life and get super healthy. We are both 52 years old. He is at his weight goal, and I have about 25-30 pound to lose. I love to eat, and even though I eat everything super healthy, I eat too much! I do eat organic sugar, honey and stevia in products and when I cook or bake. I know I eat too many bread type foods, but that is also what I love. I am trying to cut down on those types of carbs, but it is really hard. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks for any input!
