Guest guest
The actual cause of dandruff really is a reaction from eating white flour, white bread, or pastries and that product really has a reaction for many many many people, and just about everybody these days does have allergies to foods, many of us never realize this though, or until we're close to the 40's if we even do pay attention. I did find for myself that when I washed my hair using "Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar" (do not use the Apple Cider Vinegar from the food stores, it's completely different) and just a little sprinkle of baking soda my hair was so incredibly soft and it really grew faster and it left absolutely no white flakes on my scalp. Now if you have fine hair, it might be a good idea to do this diluted once a week, and it is good to do this once a week anyway (in a diluted spray) to rid of the residue's in your hair. However if you wash your hair this way for a long time your hair may thin, even though it's growing and you have no flakes, but if you use the ACV dilution from a spray once a week that should be okay. I started using shampoo from the health store again, and I found this type that magnetizes the natural ions of your hair (it's a metallic color and I'am in health stores all the time and it's the first I've seen this, but if I went with store-brought I'd probably buy Neutragena, but anything besides the ACV leaves a harsh scale on my scalp, which is a direct detox from the foods you have a reaction to.
