help any remedy for hair- dandruff?

im a new member, i search ur yohoo groups and i just like to ask a very

effective cure on dandruff.. i have this many years about 10 years and

it keeps coming..i've tried lotion, shampoo medicine but is there a

long time cure?

Do some googling with " dandruff " and " vinegar " or " apple cider vinegar " ?

Hubby has been using it and is verrrrrrrrry happy with the result.

To my understanding, dandruff is dry skin. You need OIL in your body. Start using only OLIVE oil in everything you cook and eat. Stay away from canola or veg oil. Be aware of recent news lines about

different “virgin olive oil” brands that sell “extra virgin”

oil but in reality mix it with corn oil, or whatever else is available cheap to

lower their costs. Recently read a clipping that stated that in both Italy and California

more olive oil, including extra virgin, is sold than is harvested. I sort of

think that if one uses “oil” regularly one should be used a mixed

group of oils. Buy them in small bottles (they cost more though) and they won’t

go rancid on you before you are done using them.
