Here is the Best way to get all your B vitamins, Chromium, Pantothenic acid (stress vitamin) and all the micronutrients. Serving size one ball per day. (however, if you are deficient, you will stuff on these without stopping until you are caught up) 1 pound package of flaked tasty yeast. (This is not a brand, it says TASTY on the package.) All the other yeasts do NOT say that and they taste HORRIBLE! Be aware! Do not use!) 1 pound jar of honey Put the yeast flakes into a large bowl. Dump entire contents of honey jar on top of the yeast. Mix with hands until a stiff dough occurs. Make into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Place into the fridge until hard. Store in a plastic container in the fridge, will last forever. A delicious way to eat your yeast. Tastes like peanut butter candy. Radiating UNCONDITIONAL LOVE & Truth to all.
