I've finally updated it and mounted it on my website in html. You'll be able to click the research links. Duncan
Guest guest
I was told I had it many years ago. I had chest pains-guess I was in my forties and the doctor was concerned. He took x-rays and came up with that diagnosis. He described it as the ligaments loosening from the sternum. I started sleeping hugging a pillow. It took pressure off of the area and I have been fine ever since. Once in awhile I do feel some discomfort if I do heavy lifting. We decided that it happened when I was doing some major landscaping. I was going to the quarry every day for football size rocks. I lifted them into the car and then out again. If it is the same maybe an anti-inflammatory would help.
