Dr. Tieraona Low Dog, one of the country's leading authorities on the medical use of botanicals, will share her extensive wisdom on living a balanced life. She will also take an in- depth look at the use of botanicals for menopause and for general women's health. An important aspect of the day will be the influence of diet on women's health with special emphasis given to topics such as the optimal foods for the prevention of osteoporosis and breast cancer. The speakers will also address the use of natural hormones and consider both their risks and benefits.
