Harvey's contention that colloidal silver -is- golden or paper bag- colored streamers, or any color at all, is incorrect. Better to say, it CAN be. Golden colloidal silver has much larger particles than you need -- large enough to scatter light. The CS I make with 3600 volts pulsed DC using good reverse osmosis water, let alone commercial distilled is absolutely clear and 40 PPM or so. Only if it's tainted with tap water or you stick your finger in it does the particle size change enough that you can see it, and then at 40 PPM there is enough silver in the jar to plate the inside of the jar. Harvey, check out the rewired microwave oven circuit for making 1 quart of 12-15 PPM in one minute. This is capable of continuous operation; more than enough volume to treat all of your neighbours. Guest guest
I suppose it was bound to happen eventually. For years on one of the Colloidal Silver lists I was on they would say the golden colloidal silver was number one. Have you noticed that when something works really good for years and years all of a sudden something new is touted and the old wasn't what it was claimed to be even tho it was top dog for so long. For all intent and purpose, what I make is clear except what you can see during the processing. The yellow is in it if you look hard enough but most can't see it. I have worked matching colored inks in silkscreen printing for a good share of my life and can see even the most subtle color change so I see the yellow. Joe Blow down the street cannot see it. Lindemann from http://www.elixa.com/silver/lindmn.htm advocates the golden colloidal silver. I emailed him one time and told him how some distilled water that I had distilled at home really made it a darker gold and he said that was real good if it was doing that and to go for it. Peter used to live ten miles up the road from me but has moved and I no longer have his email address. He also worked with James Bare a little bit. Do a search on 'rife bare'. So Duncan, I have heard of this pulsed colloidal silver where you only have one silver conductor in the water with zapping sparks between the water and the negative side but it was mentioned that you are working with more dangerous high voltage which most people should stay away from. There are more than one way to skin a cat and stirring and or aeration with an aquarium pump will create the clear colloid using my system. However, it has long been taught that 3 - 5 ppm is the ideal ppm and more than 10 is totally unnecessary and could be detrimental. If that 40 ppm can turn the inside of a jar into a mirror what might it do to your innards? Certainly you wouldn't want to turn out looking like the blue lady with argyria. Nobody has yet with the 3-5 ppm ratio. Personally I think I am a living testimony about how good my colloidal silver works. So you have my curiosity up now. Where does one find this rewired microwave oven circuit? If you ever get argyria check out this site. http://www.silverprotects.com/argyria.html Harvey - " Duncan Crow " <duncancrow Friday, October 21, 2005 8:16 AM Re: Re: Re: making colloidal silver > Harvey wrote: > Bea, if you get a white cloud while making colloidal silver > you are not using pure water regardless of what the label > says and then you are getting the toxins created off the > mineral content in the water.
