http://www.bariumblues.com/ We are witnessing the actual physical transformation of the earth's atmosphere to provide a platform for the latest chemical/electromagnetic technologies of warfare, communication, weather control, and control of populations through "non-lethal" chemical/electromagnetic means. Our atmosphere now has an increased electron density. This, in combination with extremely low frequency (ELF) radiation creates an energy level sufficient for generating manmade geophysical effects such as earthquakes. HAARP technology is a very likely source of the ELF. The aerosol operations (chemtrails) are the evident source of the increased electron density.
