Guest guest
I'm making 5-6 trips to the bathroom at night and need help , I don't drink large amounts of water (1 bottle at lunchtime) no coffee, tea or soda (1 cup of coffee in the morning) no juice at night . And yet I'm going to the bathroom like I'm drinking gallons of water ??? There is no pain or problems when I go , just going a lot a night . Guest guest
I know this sounds like a total contradiction, but try drinking 12 ounces of water right before you go to bed, and lie down, putting your head on the pillow before swallowing the last bit of water (tells your body to let you sleep and it utilizes it differently). I have actually had 1-2 quarts of water between 9:00 and 10:00 at night, then done this and slept fine, without disturbance till 6:00 a.m. Kat , " Dan " <granadahills2002> wrote: > I'm making 5-6 trips to the bathroom at night and need help , I don't > drink large amounts of water (1 bottle at lunchtime) no coffee, tea or > soda (1 cup of coffee in the morning) no juice at night .
