Guest guest
I TAKE ALL OF WHATS LISTED, EXCEPT THE ASPIRIN, BECAUSE EVERY TIME YOU TAKE AN ASPIRIN, IT CAUSES A TEASPOON OF BLEEDING IN THE STOMACH. AND IT'S A POISON! THE NATURAL VITAMIN E HE TAKES, DOES THE SAME THING AS THE ASPIRIN. IT KEEPS THE BLOOD THINNED OUT. SO DOES FLAX OIL. ANOTHER THING I SUGGEST IS CO Q 10 IN A SOFTGEL FORM. Guest guest
A NUCLEAR SCIENTIST VITAMIN REGIMEN AGAINST FREE RADICALS, DISEASE AND CANCER To boost his immune system and give the body "an extra chance" to fight back against free radicals and cancer causing radiation, Marion Fulk, an 85-year-old retired staff scientist from the Manhattan Project and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory takes the following vitamins and supplements every morning with chocolate milk: • Vitamin C – 500 mg daily, by Nature Made of Mission Hills, Calif. Dose should be doubled or tripled when becoming sick. "Intake of vitamin C is vital," Fulk says. "Our bodies no longer produce it." • Vitamin E – 400-800 I.U. with d-Alpha Tocopherol, by Nature Made. • Multi Vitamin – Fulk takes a Kirkland Signature product from Costco. • Super B-Complex – 1 every other day, by Nature Made. • Folic Acid – Two tablets of 400 mcg daily, by Spring Valley. "Good for brain activity," the 85-year-old scientist says. "A crucial item for full even performance of the brain and dirt cheap." • Zinc – 50 mg every other day. "The U.S. is low on zinc," Fulk says. "It's good for the immune system and involved in the binding of the DNA." • Selenium – 200 mcg daily. An important anti-oxidant, Fulk recommends a product containing selenium yeast. • Magnesium – Essential for the ATP function in the mitochondria. • Low-Dose Aspirin – 81 mg daily. Fulk also keeps two emergency high-dose tablets in his pocket to be taken in case of heart attack or stroke. The following supplements are not officially approved but Fulk is convinced they work: • L-Carnitine – 500 mg daily, by Rexall. Helps metabolize fat. • Alpha-Lipoic Acid – 200 mg daily. Anti-oxidant booster. Donadaghovi AiSv Nv wa do hi ya do(Til next we meet, Walk in Peace)--<<< --<<< --<<< for Good Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
