In it he recalls havingread a paperback book dealing with various CIA activities some 30 or moreyears ago. He says:"One of the stories had to do with radio transmission experiments. It wassaid a transmitting unit with generator was placed on a duce-and-a-half andbacked into the square of an Irish town where rioting was taking place. Thestory went on to say that about half of the rioters fell down in convulsion.Robert continued: "Another article I read more recently stated that whenwireless first started on a large scale naturalists noticed a rash ofbirds pushing their young and/or eggs out of their nests."I forgot where I had seen or heard information which indicated the celltowers now in place have a dual purpose: in time of emergency; a certain frequency would be broadcast in the area of the local populationrequiring incapacitation," he added .The latter is an intriguing thought and one, I know, some people to. So, what of these transmission towers and can they generate sufficient concentrated energy and at the correct frequencies to influence thethought processes of people? With a population of around 60 million and a relatively tiny island like Great Britain it seemed a good place to start researching. The low-powered cellphonenetwork is already well-established and a mobile phone there is a commoditity as cheap and as common as french fries. So popular have they become that the main telecomms supplier, BT, just announced it is gradually withdrawing its network of telephone boxes from high streets around the UK. It cites a huge downturn in use and revenue as the reason for this decision but it could be argued that a choice in communicating relatively anonymously via landline willbe extinguished.The proliferation of transmitter masts throughout the UK has meant virtual blanket coverage is almost established and in many instances theinstallation of these intrusive masts was carried out against the wishes of the local population, its councils and even planning authorities. As a result,towers of power appear on every skyline and even vie for position on churchsteeples; seemingly limitless supplies of money smoothing the way withhard-pressed farmers and an always poverty-pleading local church diocese.Many people in Britain are very concerned by the well-documenteddetrimental affects to health from radio waves and their close-proximityto humans.But now a new menace has arrived and it threatens to drown everyone in a wave of electromagnetic pollution. It's a high power, mobile radio system called TETRA that was first introduced in the late 1990s. TETRA [Terrestrial Trunk Radio System] is a European-wide system and is already underway in countries such as France. We are informed that it is essentially to be used as a network for emergency services and the system will eventually cover 20MHz of spectrum between 410MHz and 430MHz across the entire continent.In Britain the number of TETRA transmitters installed and operating arein excess of 700. Testing was initially conducted with a power output ofsome 6W and this caused numerous complaints of interference. However, the entire grid of base stations is set to operate at 25W erp, or more than four times this amount.Just what degree of impact it has on the human mind and body can only beguessed at, but it is obvious from earlier studies such potentially harmfulradiations can be linked to cancers and antisocial behaviour. I do know that this new breed of blanket super-transmitter is already producing bizarreeffects particularly upon the electrical/electronic systems of vehicles.The British TV and press have featured stories of phantom "lock-outs"where car owners are unable to access their own vehicles using radio remotekeyfobs. Vehicle rescue services such as the AA and RAC have mapsplotting these incidents. I watched a TV news report highlighting onesuch event in a supermarket car park, while in England last year. The carwould only start after it had been pushed several yards towards the parking entrance and away from a microwave transmitting dish clearly visible in the vicinity. Other "culprits" seem to be mainly MOD establishments and airports. The reason perhaps is anti-terrorist signal jamming at 433 and 418MHz and radar equipment. Come 2004 and Britain will have been pretty much saturated with these new high-powered installations. This kind of network has the potential to inflict untold harm on the population. Can it also be used to subdue, incite to violence and instill other forms of mind control on all who are enveloped in its power? The British Government is spending 2 1/2 billion pounds on a 400 MHz pulse modulated microwave transmitter network which broadcasts 17.6 Hz into the brains of all Britain's police and anyone living near the planned 30,000 transmitters. The first place these transmitters will be deployed is Glastonbury. The effects of these transmitters, which entirely duplicate CIA research in optimal mind-control technology, are 1. Destruction of short and long-term memory by disrupting calcium reflux from synapses, due to the effect of the 17.6 Hz ELF. 2. Disruption of synaptic neural networks, leading to behavioural and character changes. 3. Manic behaviour, followed by nervous exhaustion after use, or exposure. 4. Disruption of higher brain function, leading to the so called 'zombification'. 5. Enhanced suggestibility. 6. The development of pre-cancerous cells, which can lead to long-term tumour growth. 7. Effects on the Limbic System, leading to emotional and behavioural modification. 8. ELF frequency in the TETRA system strongly affects calcium ions, causing them to efflux out of brain cells due to psychotron resonance. Since these ions are the chief factor in long and short term potentiation of synapses, the braincell junctions, and are crucial to memory and cognition, use of the TETRA system on such a scale could cause irreversible brain damage by disturbing not only calcium ions but sodium and potassium ions, all vital to nerve and brain function. The TETRA system will also flood the New York and London Underground, so commuters will regularly be exposed to behavioural modification during Rush Hour. The TETRA system pulses at 17.6 Hz broadcast at 400 MHz which is essentially the Pandora Project funded by the CIA in the late '60s and early '70s. Dr Ross Adey, the chief researcher on the Pandora Project has released a video to leading UK researchers which proves that not only does the TETRA system cause ELF zombification by massive release of calcium ions in the cerebral cortex and the nervous system, but the activated calcium ions also cause massive hormonal disturbances which lead to frenzied imbalances, emotional and physical states. This system will be used by all UK police and emergency services by the end of the year, as the Home Office has sold off all police frequencies, so they are forced to use the new system. Use of the TETRA system by the police will lead to psychotronicaly controlled officers who may be totally controlled in any situation and are very useful for states of economic or social chaos where extreme and violent behaviour is needed without any conscious or moral compunction - so-called police robots. 30,000 transmitters will be placed around the country to maximise the effects on the local UK population - mass mind control. Anyone who has complained of these transmitters has received a letter from the Government informing them that if the transmitters are not positioned where the Government wishes, there can be no guarantee then of police protection, which will lead to higher insurance premiums for the householder.
