Guest guest
Dear Gisele, I assume that you have a virus infection in your lungs. If you will take large doses of vitamin C it will not only kill the virus and any bacteria present, but will help your immune system also. Please go to our links page to learn about vitamins. Vitamin C is both antiviral and antibacterial. Learn about bowel tolerance dosing. It was used successfully in the 1940's to cure polio. Guest guest
Hello Gisele, In addition to the vitamin c, you should take some vitamin a, preferably in juices and zinc. The zinc is very important for boosting your immune system. Guest guest
Well your probably over it by now! I'm just a little behind and trying to catch up but have a few suggestions that might be useful in the future: 1. Make a tea of grated ginger, honey, and lemon juice. 2. Make a tea of cayenne pepper or take it straight if you dare have a cool glass of water near. 3. Minced garlic straight or about three cloves minced steeped in hot water for about five minutes and then strained. I have tried all of the above not at the same time but over the years. The first is the most pleasant but they all work. Hope your feeling better! Best R's, O. Gisele Terrell Monday, August 08, 2005 2:43 AM chest cold I have a summer chest cold. Does anyone have suggestions what to use to break the junk up in my chest? Gisele and Einstein
