Guest guest
Three Feathers, I was on this hair site a while back for people who talked about long hair, healthy hair, etc and a few commented that after using Apple Cider Vinegar with just a speckle of baking soda, their hair grew so fast. I tried this, and it's so true. My hair has NEVER ever grown so fast, just a few times, but this shampoo makes your hair so soft. I cannot use any shampoo because the chemicals just make my hair puff up, and I use an egg now and then but nothing makes my hair as soft as using the Bragg's ACV with a touch of baking soda. Janice. Guest guest
Janice, how do you make up the shampoo mix? Baking soda and ACV react quite fiercely, and tend to neutraliize each other? Do you use it whilst it is fizzing, or let it stand.......? What proportions are used? Tried just the ACV last night - can't swear that any has grown back, but it did feel MUCH softer than soap!
