The second best-selling book of all time is Dr. Spock's Child Care (75 million copies). In the final version of Child Care, Dr. Spock wrote: " Cow's milk has become a point of controversy among doctors and nutritionists. There was a time when it was considered very desirable, but research has forced us to rethink this recommendation...dairy products contribute to a surprising number of health problems... Guest guest
---you think so! some people say their beef/cattle products are ok cause they are grass fed only well they obviously are not aware of the CHAFF that the AF sprays constantly into the atmosphere which then falls onto that grass which they mistakenly think is organic if the cow is consuming atomized aluminum it is definitely not organic or safe all 48 of the lower states ground and surface water is contaminated with perchlorate so where exactly do those cows get non-contaminated water to drink??Hmmm?oh I know their owners purify the water for them..the " land of milk and honey " actually means goats milk (digested completely in 20 min vs.cow milk which sits in the stomach for 10 hrs before the digestion process even begins) and virgin honey (which is not brown[glucose only] or free-flowing) In , <graftedin@a...> wrote: > The only healthy milk is RAW milk straight from the cow! > >
Guest guest
I eat grass fed organic beef. What you are saying in terms of the pollution that is on the grass, well, that would also be on my kohlrabi, tomatoes, beans, onions, everything that I grow in my "organic" garden. All one can do is one's best. I, for one person, probably breath a lot of junk too. I can't help that except to just bop myself out of here off of the planet. We've already polluted the planet. Now we have to do the best we can. We are going to take in pollution. How best do we deal with that? My answer is to herbs that are themselves polluted, in some manner or another, to help my body cope with the pollution that I can't escape. I don't drink milk. Any one particular product may or not be good for any one particular person. But, the cow I eat, the farmer has a like mind with myself. He doesn't spray his fields. But it is recognized that the grass itself is polluted with the stuff washed from the sky when it rains. Again, you go to far in the yip yap bout the cows. What you are saying actually applies to everything we eat, drink, and actually breathe.
