Guest guest
Great article. I quit drinking pepsi about 4 years ago following kidney stones caused by cola products. Don't need a book to quit, just do it. Have never felt better either. Now pepsi tastes way too sweet. I drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning and then water throughout the day. Nothing wrong with filtered water. lynn --- Deon Masker <deonm wrote: > Lynn
Guest guest
Lynn, I do just as you do with no sodas. Maybe only one cup of coffee in the morning. Just water during the day, but I do enjoy a glass of Merlot in the evening. Guest guest
Judy, On rare occassions I will have a glass of wine or some hot herbal tea. When it gets cooler, I try to drink green tea. lynn --- judy <ramcd wrote: > Lynn, I do just as you do with no sodas. Maybe only > one cup of coffee in > the morning. Guest guest
I knew that stuff was bad for you. My aunt drank coke for breakfast, and throughout the day. She had some kind of kidney problems, and had to wear catheter. So sad.
