Guest guest
We are researching the effects of coffee on growth of Candida Albicans, and are trying to better understand it's effects. Obviously one factor is the acidity of coffee, presumably 5.5 Ph. We have heard it also contains an enzyme that makes candida grow, and it also appears candida produces toxins other than alcohol and acetaldehyde when exposed to coffee. Any scienticfic info would be appreciated on the above. We plan to develop a product to neutralise coffee's effect on candida growth and toxicity. thanks E. M.
