To be "disappointed" with corporate media, is frankly, like being disappointed with the behavior of gangsters. Of course you're disappointed. What should sober you, is the realization, that there's nothing that you can do about it, unless you have the secret for arousing a large anti-media force that can yield enough influence, to compel media to change. You can't petition them to change with letter writing, etc. Media are designed to serve the rich and powerful, expectially the worst elements among the rich and powerful; elements that are anxious to spend huge fortunes to buy media control, in opposition to the public interest.

 

Most people don't care "why" a car thief has stolen their car. What nearly all of us want, is a way to prevent, or control car theft. "Calling and (discussing)" with media, will not do anything, because media are not impartial; they're devoted and committed to manipulating and distorting the news; devoted to deceiving you, on behalf of their mega-rich sponsors.
