Depending on my mood and energy level I consume 4 - 6 tablets > at a time. The elimination diet as you describe is a must for any type of disease free living. I have never taken the pills, only the RAW bee pollen which I buy in 1lb jars and keep in my freezer. I use it in many ways and also feed it to my dogs that are on a totally RAW diet.
