I agree and have to admit that this article dates back to the beginning

of my computer experience (1996) when I didn't realize things like that.

I just thought it was such a great piece of information and more than

other articles about the bee pollen that I decided to send it anyway.

The elimination diet as you describe is a must for any type of disease

free living. I have never taken the pills, only the RAW bee pollen

which I buy in 1lb jars and keep in my freezer. I use it in many ways

and also feed it to my dogs that are on a totally RAW diet.
