Guest guest Posted May 24, 2005 Report Share Posted May 24, 2005 Hi, Just want to confirm if the following are true: a)Healthy fat foods like salmon, avocado, walnuts are as effective for reducing cholesterol as medication. b)Fast food breakfast increases free radicals in blood for upto four hours. c)fish oils remove artery clogging TGLs from the blood and is more effective than flaxseed, soybeans and walnuts.
