Guest guest
Well, here is some wry reasoning: The Democrats want to continue the war by saying yes to health care for those Americans involved in that " war. " If the medical establishment will " fix " those men, and keep them from death, then the men will keep signing up for more tours of duty. " Ah go on. If you break something, then we will fix it. " The Republicans on the other hand, its not just that they want the war to end, in opposition to the Dems, but they just flat out don't care one way or the other. They are not going to spend perfectly good money on something as ludicrous as health care for vets, injured and sick vets. Vets who are sick from handling depleted uranium ammunition. Sheesh. C'mon, if they start spending money on em this early, then the vets will already have established the rationale for health care for their wives (who got radioactive sperm) and children that have genetic damage from that same radioactive, damaged, sperm. So, this just puts off and what is delayed and not spent now can used for something else, like finding another people to pollute and kill with the depleted uranium ammunition. And if they don't find that people, well, they can always give it another corporation that the Republican, read neo-conservative, party represents. They represent corporations rather than people. Corporations don't die. Only people. Ed Not really tongue in cheek about the republicans. Guest guest
Although I was mistaken in what all is DU, the point remains the same and may well be how they are thinking. One of the things I do is try to tell people not to join the military. From my own point of view, why would anybody want to fight to support a government that represents corporations rather than the people who live here. And the government acts as though those people in the military are entirely expendable. Only people not expendable are those in the act of " governing. " No wonder they are considering nuclear energy again. They now have somewhere they can get rid of the waste. Not safely, but ditch it on another company while we wage war on their people.
