I missed the first part of the thread, but if you've been discussing

cold-processed whey as a gluathione precursor and protein source,

part of its elegance is that the whey components that mammals have in

common (a good portion of the whey) are assimilated with very little

digestion via a pathway that rarely fails. Using whey, the amino

acids are going to be there except for that rare occurrence.
