I have started a small home-based business making vegetable based soaps and goatsmilk soaps, shea butter lotions, massage oils, bath salts and scrubs, body sprays, tub teas, lip balms, body butter, etc.

 

Additional products "in the works" include body powders, salves and balms, bug spray, and perhaps household cleaning products. Lotions with colloidal silver base. MSM cream, vapor rub.

 

I am working on a website but for now have marketed at local craft fairs, home parties and orders by fax and phone.

 

My soaps are made with palm, coconut and olive oils, lye and water or goatsmilk, and fragrance or essential oils and various botanical additives for color and texture.

I have over 50 kinds of soap including, lavender, honey and oat, lemongrass sage, vanilla, milk and honey, peppermint eucalytus, spearmint tea tree, cherry almond, ylang ylang, anisette, green tea, rose geranium, almond. They are beautiful fragrant longlasting bars that have the retained glycerin that commercial companies strip out. Once you use handcrafted soap...you'll never go back.

 

Products that are made with essential oils are packaged in amber bottles and black caps.

 

I'm diligently searching for natural preservative or those that are most effective and least harmful. I've made lotions with no preservative and have had a 9 month shelf life. I would love to hear your requests and suggestions and will special make personal orders for group members as I am interested in learning how to make safe and effective alternative treatments.
