Hello,

 

What kind of diet can somebody recomend for low/high blood sugar?

The problem is that my blood sugar is sometimes too low, or sometimes

too high, which was confirmed with my blood tests. I am underweght. I

know that I need more frequent meal to feel balanced. I do not eat

junk food, my diet is complitly sugar free, mostly proteinds and

vegetables, sometimes fruits. Fruits are not good for me, as I feel

sluggish after eating fruits.

The main problem is breakfast! I have oatmealor buckweat or quinoa,

goat cheese, a little bit of salad almost every day. Does somebody

have better ideas?
