Hear is my brother's story he just emailed me !

 

I took the at home test, where you spit into cup, and it was exactly

like the test said people with Candida would appear.

 

I don't base thinking I have Candida bested on that one test alone, I

base it on having some of the symptoms mentioned for those with Candida.

I've taken antibiotics in past maybe 2 or 3 times, in the past 10

years, that is the most prominent cause of the Candida problem.

So, unless you've taken antibiotics, then I'm not sure you have

Candida, the only other way to promote the Candida problem, is

excessive sugar (like in juices, which I've stopped drinking), and

receiving antibiotics second hand, via meat from cows (the cows

receive antibiotics).

I did some research and found the most effective method was by using

garlic extract, this is NOT the same as garlic supplements.

Candida is very sensitive to Allicin, a natural antifungal + antiviral

agent. I also got Threelac, which is a probiotic that feeds on Candida.

 

I believe it was the Allicin more than the Threelac that cure my

Candida, because I used it more.

Basically, I took one tablet of Allicin in morning and one tablet in

evening, and with the evening one I occasionally would also take the

Threelac.

TWO WEEKS...was all it took, I did home test again, and spit into cup,

it WAS COMPLETELY CLEAR. It was nothing like it was before, it was

completely clear.

There were a couple of tiny bubbles, and then it dissipated, and was

completely clear.... All it took was a couple of weeks, this approach

is best because it's simple and not overly complicated, like some

other methods I've heard about.

 

 

 

I also found that a local store sell Kefir, pre-made, which saves the

hassle of making it, but it's like drinking liquid cheese....yech....

 

So for Candida...

1) avoid drinking juices....because it's too processed and has too

much sugar, which feeds the Candida

2) Take Allicin garlic extract tablets

3) if you want (I think you can get by without doing this step, but it

helps) get Threelac...
